1. If you have Cuba on

If you have Cuba on, annex away Chictan Izla as they're bugged and cause crashes atm

2. If you have JUST OWB on

If its just OWB, this means the AI is likely spawning troops in the Forbidden Zone and there is nothing you can do.

Running into some repeated crashes some years into my game. It looks like better ideologies may be causing a conflict? At least thats what I see based on my limited knowledge when I check the error log.

Not adding Toolpack, its kinda too much for ONE thing most players need.

Could I possibly suggest using Toolpack, instead of State Transfer Tool? I personally think It's better. But, just a suggestion, still a good collection.
