it seems to cause the mouse wheel input to be read twice, for whatever reason. i noticed the same issue with arccw's adjustable zoom scopes and with "fine speed", coincidentally also by arctic.
my personal solution was to just unpack this mod, comment out the mouse wheel binds in the cl_init lua file and rely on number keys for weapon switching. janky, but works.
- When selecting the weapon to make capture of, if the selected weapon is one from the default ones that come with mounting hl1 (Half-Life: Source), after clicking on "Create new icon" nothing happens.
- However! This issue can be worked around by making the icon for another weapon, and then later selecting it (the hl1 one) without creating a new one.
HOWEVER! It seems to break the vmanip stims mod a lil'. While still usable, scrolling through the stims will skip some of them, making them inaccessible until the player just uses up or drops the other stims.

I've noticed, however, that certain weapons that aren't supposed to have or use ammo have their icons highlighted red, and once you switch off of them, they disappear from the menu. Two specific examples that I use are from the Sledgehammer and Axe from ERROR's Serious SWEP Pack. Is there anything you could about that?
