It would require a combination of both populations, you can learn how to do that yourself, it's pretty easy.

Sorry for asking, if someone joined my server and didn't have the remodel mods that I'm hosting with, does that mean the Noisemakers will show up as an error to the joiner? Or just as Clowns? Thanks.

It doesn't spawn on rural maps like Death Toll iirc.
It has a low spawn chance anyways so maybe it was just bad luck.

I'm going to update the file to make it spawn i more places, I think it only spawns outside Mercy Hospital, I'll change that soon.

I couldn't find any while playing NM and the command to spawn in clowns didn't work for the noice maker. (z_forcezombiemodelname common_male_clown; z_forcezombiemodel 1;z_spawn) which works on DC.

No, population mods are not compatible with each other, the game will choose one or the other.

It will just spawn clowns. The noisemaker doesn't support custom campaigns.
