it works fine for my Gathering Storms and Rise and Fall.

Appears to only be an option for Gathering Storms and not Rise and Fall gamemode.

I've subscribed this mod and also unsubscribed and re-subscribed several times but it still refuses to reveal itself in my modlist when runing civ v.

REALLY need this without requiring the pd DLC. Need this with no Gathering Storm dependencies.

Or perhaps make it so that setting the player to Settler difficulty hooks into this mod, where you can configure # of free settlers?

your mod has been translated into German and the translation is now part of the German translations for Civilization VI mods mod pack.
We would be more than happy if you could refer to the language translation in your mod description.
