Would it be possible to get a mod that is only the buildings and techs? I can't use this for competitive multiplayer games with the handicap edicts... Also, you should capitalize the names of the techs properly.

On the subject of the Capital Ship Department, have you considered adding NSC into it? They have different classes of ships you can incorporate. They don't have Capital Ships' (Capital Ships being extremely enormous), their Flagship is pretty close, not only that, this type of mod can give more boost for military built empires as well, if you do consider it, but I'm pretty sure you can come up of a balance for them lol.

Its still a WIP. The Capital Ship Department will unlock new ship classes (Capital Ships). For some other buildings I will add event chains. If you have ideas or improvement suggestions please write a comment or message me on Discord (Nep Nep#5150). Also i have no idea how to update a Stellaris mod so Please help me.
