I just don't see an actual decrease of time/scavenged piece.
I may either lower the speeds or outsource the Crew Speed Part into its own sperate Mod (probably with different variants like with Stack Sizes).
Else (if you know what you do) you are free to change the values or outcomment parts in the code yourself to your specific linkings.
Im generally open to suggestions and rebalancing if you give me more info and/or constructive reasoning about it. Also i would need to know what exact type of Crew Speed you mean: on Deck, during Jetpack Flight, Airlock Access Time, Salvage Speed or Job Assignments ?
