Don't forget the models are OVERSIZED, in order to create a more realistic industrial building. Default industrial lots are absurdly small.
In order to avoid the road and lot overlapping you must use MOVE IT.

Some of these are not properly spaced. They are a full block into the roads.

problem... Industrial Modules 26 is popping up, suddenly. but it pops up where the front goes 1 square over in back and one square in the front. back intrudes into other assets and the biggest problem is the front overlapping the road. i don't get the reason because it needs to be placed that way or no road access. vehicles are driving though the building. is there a fix? thanks

Yes, they are bigger than the usual buildings. Use Move it to relocate them.

These look great, but modules 24, 25, and 26 are bigger than their defined footprints and overlap roads and other buildings if allowed to grow. Use RICO to disable "growable" for these three specific buildings.

These look amazing, they use private assets though:

Industrial module 21, 23, 25 and 26 use private asset (GC_ANA_PRP_PROTECHO_17.GC_ANA_PRP_PROTECHO_17_Data)
And Industrial module 22 uses private asset (GC_ANA_PRP_PROTECHO_18.GC_ANA_PRP_PROTECHO_18_Data)

After checking, it seems you used the locally stored version of the chimney's instead of the uploaded ones...

Lovely! I'm such a big fan of "The Mundane," it's hard to get right. But these buildings are what truly make the Urban Fabric of our CimCities. Thank you!
