Yep, this mod is the same as the Good Games Publishing version of the game which is available at shops.

In an update on the KS page from Aug 25th, the designer says the rules have been changed (because of Good Games Publising).

Is this mod supports the new rules?

Absolutely love this tabletop game. Nice to be able to try it in VR before getting the real thing!
