Report a translation problem
I had to die, make another character, and relog. Following this we restarted the server and the tourettes worked. We have 3 people on the server and the first session we played no-one could see my tourettes above my head but he next time we started the server it 1 of my friends could see my text about my head. Might have been an update that happened in-between our gaming sessions.
the person who took the trait hears and sees the tourette but the other players who didn't take it don't see anything, are you sure that it works correctly? the creator also says that he is going to make a multiplayer fix
One of my main tics consists of spazzes
Best I can really think of is random pushing, or adding a "voice" line like *snaps* because snapping your fingers is a common motor tic for people with tic disorders.
