No problem, yeah this mod only allows surgeons to do access whatever a normal medic could access, not vice versa. Since its intended to be a quick fix for subs and mods which weren't designed for NT Surgery

Alright thanks. I've been working on a custom sub for a campaign with friends, and needed a way to lock everyone out of the surgery room who wasn't involved to lower the risk of any infection from surgery. I appreciate your help

Yes the surgeon id cards keep all their original values, this simply adds the tags listed above.
This only modifies surgeon id cards that are currently loaded in, at which point once you save I believe it becomes permanent.
I don't remember them all but some are like jobid:surgeon, username:MynameIsHello, hair: black . . . etc.

I have two questions. 1: Do the surgeon id cards keep their original tags, or are the completely over-ridden by the tags for the medical doctor? 2: What are the original tags for the surgeon id?

@Torca

Each are their own job mod. You can look them up on the steam workshop

Awesome, what mod gives the Blade, Diver, Scavenger and Acolytes jobs? I can probably make a separate mod for those and make the Acolyte one its own thing

@Torca

Can confirm after some time. Our surgeons can use the cabinet now. So good on you! Thanks by the way.

In faaaaact, can you make a patch that allows the **Blade** and **Diver** jobs have access to the security locker?
And the **Scavenger** job have access to engineering/mechanical lockers?
**Acolytes** are combat oriented as well, so they should get access weapon lockers as well, though its a bit debatable.

Yeah the mod has been working fine for me, no reported issues and its fairly simple mod so not much to break really.

Still works with current update?

or point me in the correct direction of a mod like that

could make a mod that allows you to scan access req on stuff and something that can print cards with a changable name and access ids

Thanks! med was added.

med, just "med" would be a common medical tag for modded subs so you should add that
