I have actually seen a UK metrocop addon. i wish it came with a version that used the SAS mask from css

i always had the idea that combine armor was localized, like diffrent armor for diffrent regions

i had an idea that metrocops would looks sort of like bobbies in the uk or smth and there would also be combine that would look more rubbery and have masks that look more like diving suits and stuff and propane tanks on their backs for coastal and like wetter regions
