well if you want to spawn it you will need to do these steps

First go to the mission editor find the ship place the ship where you are and press test and it sould spawn

to spawn it go to the pause menu and click the flag. the add the location you are at to the mission bar. press edit objects and click the steering wheel icon to load a vehicle. load it in and press the three lines. then press the flag icon. and boom, there you have it

yeah its a problem that people have i recommend at least having like a RTX 2060 card with a i5 9600k i think thats the minimum for the ship tbh but idk really i run the game on a RTX 3060 and its fine but check your drivers and components PLZ Comment for more problems

if its in your workbench you need to mod the bench in the game files or loading it misson editor
or you can also just get the addon version of it on my workshop page
