dose anyone know where the medkits are? i didn't see the machine for it

No clue. I have stopped map-making recently and i'm not very familiar with custom models being moved across maps, since the custom items were mostly janitor's doing. If you can't get them into the office through the janitor box then most likely it's impossible. There's most definitely a way to make them into custom standalone models without the requirement of the actual level they came from, but again I've not touched map-making for a while and it doesn't look like i'll get back into it soon.

Is there any way to collect the custom models from this map?

Just hold down left click. As you would with other items like flares.
