For some reason it's just the outline, a beige silhouette.

You can't see the citadel itself, just the shape if that makes sense.

This version of the citadel was used in 2002 to 2003 before they changed to the final

turn off mat_specular! write this in the console our autoexec.cfg

this helped solving the missing citadel texture

hey uhh the opening animation AKA the scripted sequence where barney gives you the crowbar and the citadel does a thing it returns to the original citadel, could you make it just static or do at least something idk

The missing textures are the refelections....The citadel does have texture but is buried under the Reflections...
