I really like the idea of requiring tech prints for research. I would say anythiny above Medieval era should require prints. I don't know if it is possible to do that.

Mod很好,但是遇到了一个非常诡异的Bug,就是删除Mod后,研究树里由Mod更改的蓝图需求依然不变。经多次排查之后应该是和某个诡异的Mod有冲突,因为我重装了游戏后一切变回正常,但使用Mlie的恢复Mod设置之后这个问题会重现...与作者和这个Mod应该没有关系,仅是一个提醒。

说实话加前置蓝图确实能提升游戏体验,原版研究太简单朴素了,一个人一张桌坐一年你就会造飞船了
但是蓝图都太贵了,特别是微电子基础要四张实在是太多了,又贵又多直接把人锁在石器时代,倒是很适合喜欢玩高难剧本找挑战的人

@skycrossercat Actually the gun smithing tech is not that important, because you can use guns from pirates (easy to find good quality). In fact it's almost the only way to obtain weapons at the beginning of hard mode because you don't have enough labor and resources to make guns.

@skycrossercat GunSmithing techprints have a lower commonality factor than others because it's a "dangerous" tech and factions don't want to sell it to players in most situations.
But you can still get them from orbital traders or from tasks.

another bigger issue is that I've tried using dev mode to let my caravan teleport to settlements have techprints available(all are industrial tech level factions), but I found that they only have ultra tech techprints in their stock, while I am quite desperately to find a single gunsmithing tech print. I bought other industrial techprints from traders before, so that's the only obtainable way for industrial ones?

ok I guess I find another problem, some modded factions don't have vanilla's faction categoryTag, so they would get excluded from the tech print spawn base, but I guess that's more on the faction/race author's side

I go to some industrial tech level settlements(modded) and I can't see tech prints in their stock, or maybe that's because they don't have them stocked in their TraderKind?

But it will still be really difficult to acquire the techprints in your condition..

when playing on a planet without advanced factions it is impossible to get blueprints and you might stay locked in for eternity on the tribal tech level. Could you please add random tech blueprints as loot in the ancient complex? That way you have a chance to research the communications console and buy more blueprints from traders...

I would really like to see if this works with 'Semi-Random Research' that's made my gameplay better over the years but to be honest this seems amazing as well. I'm hoping that it can be the lost world/semi random research mod combination I've been looking for because I might have a 800+ mods minimum now since everything is in such tiny fragments mod-wise now. I digress. I will test these together and if I have an issue with something not working I'll let you know, but please don't take this as a 'you has to fix this for free cuz i demands it nao' type of deal. I appreciate this mod either way, I just feel like this combination might be something amusing to you as well if it does work.

@Thetaprime I checked those mods and find that the Research Reinvented series have made a lot of change to the vanilla research system. I think it's where the problem come from. I will change the compatibility text.

and a number of other techprint variables. This happens in any load order.

I have Tech Traversal and Research Reinvented with the Stepping Stones addon.
