i did have 72 dwarves in my fort. but i found a work arround. just added the "appointed by lord speaker" tag in the raws

You will be able to appoint a arms-captain than the arms captain can appoint arms-major but you need to have atleast 50 people in your fort.

strangely, i can only use one squad. cant appoint any other squad leaders

Yes. The farm wants me to use only vanilla dwarf seeds.

If you try making a farm underground does you have the vanilla Dwarf seeds options?

I only have 2 other mods and I turned them off to check if it is them causing problems but no. It is the moonelves who use human sorts of seeds like turnip, onion etc which are unplantable. While vanilla dwarven seeds like plump helmets cant even be selected during preparation. Not even merchants bring them.

They doesnt have custom seeds they use vanilla one same as dwarf for indoor and outdoor farming and it suppose to work. Do you use another mods that add plants?

Their seeds cant be planted on farm spots. Please consider giving them vanilla seeds or fixing farm spots planting options. Otherwise I like them a lot.
