well, but the first and second images you have on the page are really looks like the katana, ok, first the "yan mao dao" you have choose which is founded in qing and also ming dynasties, but when you ask a chinese, such as me, what is chinese blade? we will say the blades from tang and song dynasty and more before, but not after such as qing and ming, also that the "miao dao" which you have mention are looks more half japanese and half chinese, this type of blade won't be the first image comes out from our heads when you say chinese blades, even when i ask my friend does the first and second looks like a chinese blade, they said this mod is absolutely not made from a chinese guy.
Ok, back to the topic, lets look at the second image's blade that is showing on this page. First,i know you want to choose to do is miaodao in han dynasty, but it looks more

like tangdao . First, japanese katana's design is actually steal from china in tang dynasty, and tangdao are a type blade that you could say is improved miaodao and also they are all belongs to the "mo dao" which you can it "chang dao" , second miaodao and "tang dao" which is tang blade's biggest differenece is the tip, the style of the tips you have is actually looks like tangdao 's tip which you could say katana's tip, i suggest you could make the tip bend more instead of looks straight, miaodao 's tip are actually more looks like yanmaodao , or you could say yanmaodao is actually looks like a shorter miaodao . Next is the yanmaodao you have, also the problem are at the tip, there are no tip on the "shang ren" for sure.

in the end, i really recommend you to do tangdao and "chinese ma dao" , oh, and you could also search two other very famous blade in china call "tu long dao" (the name translate in to english which is dragon slayer blade lololol) and "da xia long que dao" , and i am sorry for just complaining but gave no suggestions on the pervious comment tho. i hope i those infomations i wrote could help. I do know you are trying very hard to make this mods awesome, and i do agree it looks real good, but still most of the blades looks like japanese style, i hope you can add some other different looking's chinese blade into the mod, because i really like this mod so i decide to tells you what you could change to make it better.

A Japanese Katana is two handed, curved the entire blade and has the same thickness the back of the blade "mune". The yanmaodao, it designed for use in one had. the blade is straight till roughly half way and the tip has an edge on both sides "shangren" and "qianren". If your refering to the miaodao like wise a very different blade. It's much straighter and longer then a katana, closer to the tachi sword if anything. It's also a modern variation to the changdao.

Under Ebony:
Miao Dao 10 iron ingots, 10 steel ingots
Yanmaodao 2 ebony ingots, 2 leather strips, 1 steel ingot

Under Iron:
Jian 5 steel ingots, 3 leather strips, 3 silver ingots

ah gotca, you have to forge them or use the add item cheat. If you look under the description you'll see "the Jian is under Iron, and the Miao Dao and Yanmaodao are under Ebony "

catburritto yes Katanas are Japanese blades, but these are not Katanas. Also if you research the history of the Katana it was inspired by the Chinese swords known as the Changdao and the Zhanmadao

Wait, the branched sword sadly isn't chinese. It was actually Korean but given to a Japanese leader long ago. My mistake.

@scromshek I think since it's steam workshop, just subscribing should work. Give it a shot. I just have the install notes for anyone who wants to. It's very easy to manually install too, just find the folder and drag and drop.

Is there anyway you could make this easyer to install for beginer pc players?I love the weapons,but its a real barrier to players to have to manualy install instead of just clicking subscribe.
