Does this apply to all factions that have the building, e.g. an armory (or whatever it's called)?

update is out, since i dont own the chaos dwarfes i couldnt test them, or see what building would make sense for them
take a look at the military_chaos_dwarf_infantry_1-3 building, if it works it should give the boni to the units

omg, i love this system; there was a mod in warhammer 2 that did it for a while but it got removed :(

Love this. Personal nalance suggestion. I just found Tier 3 Dark Elf economic building has smithing III that gives +15%, but Tier 4 Empire smith only +10%. I reckon this is to represent the better craftmanship the elves have, but give Tier 4 Empire smith and all other races' top tier smiths +15% could be more balanced

This should have been in base game. Long ago. To make that kind of expensive building to use. Not to only open a few "weak" units!
