The description already says the mod is ment to be used for mappers and modder. If you want to learn how to install tiles I recommend joining the pz mapping discord channel and watching Dirk's Project Zomboid tile tutorials. He also has one or two videos about how to use custom tilesets in WorldEd and Tiled.
