There was a crashing issue (after a few days ingame) with Muslim Enhancements a few updates ago, but I have no issues now. Have you tried resubscribing (base mod and compatches)?

Clothing issues can be EPE or CFP related (no issues on my end), but like I said, you may need to re-subscribe.
Have you disabled the official EPE/CFP compatche (we have to use the unofficial one)?

Hey, thanks for the quick response. I went through the mods isolating various starts and determined that Muslim Enhancements mod was causing the crash.

I have been playing for 14 years into the game with no issues, except that half the world's clothes are glitched or bugged as they are wearing minimal clothing. The other half ( rough estimate ) of the world is using their proper culture attire.

It doesn't seem top be culture related ( 2 people of same culture groups may or may not be effected, but I noticed if the patriarch has this issue all of their children will and then the wives of the children take the same appearance, the men wear no shirts and the women where what looks to be an embroidered towel/robe wrapped around their wastes.

I can fix my character by assigning custom clothing, but this isn't feasible to do with other characters, any idea which mod might be responsible?

I've never had a crash on launch. Even if you don't modify the files indicated in the description, it shouldn't cause any crashes, just some bugs while playing.

Sometimes Steam doesn't update mods properly and you have to re-subscribe.

I added my load order json file to the description (you can download the json file and import it with the Paradox launcher) and removed COW3, as it causes some incompatibility with other mod builds .

Followed all the noted directions and double checked the mod order, but crashes on launch.
