Nice! solid and consistent design as usual, love this because I live in NYC and can now larp as someone who could afford to live in one of these buildings which used to be for workers and middle-class folks, which, now, seemingly, has been made illegal for actual Americans to rent or own, and is increasingly now exclusively in the real-estate portfolio's of Chinese, Arab and Russian oligarchs.

Wow these look just like the ones in the Bronx. Since you are creating tenements. I think you would get plenty of ideas from the ones in The Bronx,NYC. If you have the time, look up Grand Concourse. It's like a large street in the Bronx lined with Art Deco style tenements from the 20s and 30s. Also you can look up 3rd Avenue in the Bronx. I think those NYC buildings will help you with this project as well.

Marvelous and amazing as always. You know what we really could need as for NYC style buildings?: Those swanky narrow wall to wall mansions like they can be found still plentiful in the Upper West Side.
