I feel like it has something to do with the "@gesture_shoot_smg1_corrective_animation.smd" file in the "police_animations.ani" file. I don't know for sure, but it might not be a bad place to start...

There seems to be an issue with the metro police while firing a SMG. The left arm shifts inside their body. Could you look into this for me?

combine soldiers are crippled when unarmed, so finding a way to add this animation to combine soldiers is gonna be hard

Hmm, if replace the zombie walking animation with the same animation, can get an interesting Replace, which can make zombies more difficult, but the running animation will be very different from the zombie animations
