love the way the gore is made, pretty realistic. though i would say when shooting a NPC with a shotgun close up the head should split apart.

jpkaraffa, Yes I was looking at different corpses and pools of blood on the Internet to see how it should look like (p.s some textures are taken from real corpses, like in half-life 2, where the developers took some textures from real photos of corpses)

BoatMan3442, I think yes they should work, maybe a bug model NPC, or you have changed something in the settings Garry's mod, better instead of trying to guess reinstall Garry's mod, I used to have a bug that I did not work custom decals, helped only reinstall the game
