I am mostly indifferent about the loot because of their insane stats, they are very hard to assassinate and you'll basically never win a fight if you tried to take their loot
Might remove the original mod all together tho because they are extremely common which block spawns and completely heal your enemies right in front of you which can be annoying
This mod is considered a replacement for the original, so you do not need "Wandering Medics" to use this.
It's a largely standalone mod too, so you mostly shouldn't need to worry about load-order when you launch using it.
