Absolutely annoyed by the fact that the dude refuses to repost a version that is NOT a Level 5 growable but anyone who wants a solution, download the Advanced Building Level Control mod and set Max level for residential buildings in a district to be Level 5 and these assets will load in as Level 1 buildings

@rbrown7 - Hmm, I hadn't considered land value. In the future Ill start them at Lvl 1s.

In order for these not to be abandoned they would have to be placed in a high value area, for realism. why would you have high value lv 5 buildings in a run down poor looking area?

@Pojuliene is there a reason to have them be L1? Honestly I don't really "play" the game, I just make cities that I like visually, for my Youtube Channel. If there's a reason to make future buildings L1 I'll do it (since I dont care about RICO for my cities anyway).

@Jimbo_WestCoast Why are these L5 or L3 in the first place?

@hitttaB @rbrown7 because these are L5 or L3, I think the game will not grow them even when properly zoned. I think the game wants to start with L1 and grow from there. I think you need to use one of the RICO mods to manually place the buildings like Ploppable RICO revisited. Sorry for inconvenience.

Interesting, although it makes little sense that the residential buildings are lv5 buildings. A run down slum, but it requires high land value and plenty of services?

Ooh, there's my flat.
