@PHRailways ... Hi. The reason for that is, that I didnt include Bend Nodes due to the huge amount of customization options within this network... the update will also include a "base Bend Node", which should "fix" this issue as well...

Anyone else having the problem where when the road is straight, it's fine, but when you attempt even just a slight curve, you get the blue colour/see-through road?

Tbh ... I dont know exactly how that works ... I have to dive a little deeper in to this at the weekend. The sad thing is, that nobody but me (If I am incorrect and there is smthng else in the WS, pls put a link in here) has released a PP network... Therefore I am not able to compare this net here to a probably working net from somebody else...

huh, how does the garbage in ped-areas exactly work? I put up the respective building on a normal road, drew the ped district and it doesn't get collected. as there is no normal road part I guess the road would not work as a normal one?

I can confirm that issue ... I've also rechecked everything a second time and still cant find any cause for that problem. Tbh ... Idk why thats happening or better in the current case, "not happening". :/ Sry

The category (tab) doesn't matter... this can be changed without changing the networks "ai", which is what counts in regards for the game to identify an asset/network correctly. But maybe I''ve done something "wrong"/ differently etc. with the AI. I'll look at that again. ;) It might take some time again, but I'll come back to you...

i am using transfer manager mod, so it may be the reason ,

but i don't know , every other services are fine (hearse, fire truck, police car, ambulance)
i change the policy "Deliver Everything" so the game pick up the garbage on non - pedestrian road within the are ,

and this asset does not show on pedestrian road tab , it shows on the tram tab, in contrary to other assets you made :

it shows on pedestrian road tab

so i think the game consider this asset as a normal tram road, not pedestrian road

@ akademia.ingles Buses arent allowed on this network ... therefore that mod wont work.
@ Egoist I´ve checked the network ... its set up the same way as the vanilla pedestrian tram networks ... dont know why garbage trucks cant find a path at your end ... :/

i find some problems the game does not consider this road as the plaza DLC , while TMPE show it let garbage trucks to go, actually not, garbage trucks can't find path

it is an awesome asset
but i think someone may have problem when the road tree side and the tram side may be in opposite direction when placing between node

if you get in to this problem , go to upgrade them in to one way direction road , change the direction until they both point the same direction , upgrade back to this asset

now to the rest .... 1. A network of this type isnt possible in a vanilla environment ... not even in the simplest possible variant. AN is the only way to create such a network.
2. AN itself is a lightweight mod ... it "does" nothing in the game, only active when you change something on a network ... I havent had a single crash, no fps drops (and my city uses almost only AN networks) etc ... the only thing are the blue voids currently, but those arent game breaking... using Move It, NC will fix nodes individually or the refresh function of ND or the DCR mod will do it for the whole map. That mgiht take some time (1-2min), depending on the size of the city, but compared to all the possibilities AN provides, thats a small prize to pay. ;)
I am not able to go back ... you´re so limited in vanilla.
Anyways ... creating this network took a lot of time and it already got 3 down votes ... therefore it´ll take some time until I release something new or at all.

@AkalaMangala , that is why I love roads without the AN mod. I know that it offers more customisation but that is heavily overshadowed by the amount of bugs , crashes, blue voids aaaand the low fps that comes with it.

Hi @clus, thanks for your awesome networks. I have noticed a similar thing as Mike. After the updates to AN and a lot of your tram networks, I am seeing more blue voids at intersections than ever. I even subscribed to the Direct Connect mod because I saw somewhere that it might help as well.

You are right , I subscribed AN but didn't activate it. My mistake. Now there is no z fighting but..... after activating AN even more nodes all over my city are blue void.

Once again , it would be awesome if you would release "simpler versions" of these Promenades without the AN dependency.

There is really simple solution to your z-fighting problem ... activate AN ;)
These roads wont (visually) work without AN, perfectly shown on the 2 pics you've attached down below.
If AN isn t active, then all 3d models used in these networks are rendered at once, resulting in what's to be seen on your pics.
Regarding Band nodes ... I do have a compromise - solution for that in mind ... I'll deliver that with an update ...

I use almost all your networks and they work flawless except these 3 that have the Z fighting problem:

Tram - Promenade Road #01
Tram - Promenade Road #02
Cobblestone - Pedestrian Road #01

Could you maybe release "simpler" versions that do not use the AN mod. AN mod seems to be the problem.

@Mike Could you pls share some pics regarding the z-fighting issues ... there are certain situations in which it can't be avoided due to the nature of this network type... it isn t something which would be possible in vanilla and the AN mod "tries" to make someting like this here possible in the best way it can be made possible.
Regarding bend nodes ... Well that's another thing and basically a vanilla limitation as well, which can't be easily countered by AN. In order to make all bend nodes work, I'd have to add at least double the amount of 3d models to this network, compared to those it already contains. Possible, but that would take ages with so many possible combinations... this network already consists of about 200 models ...

This asset is awesome but I cannot use it because of the Z fighting. There is also Z fighting on the other promenade network that you posted , even though I subscribed to everything from the list.
Alongside Z fighting, there is also the issue that the "bend" Node always creates a blue void with no exception.
