It's not the same mod but offers functionally the same benefits. Reposting it since some people didn't seem to notice.

Thanks for sharing this mod, @🌌 UEFF 🌌! I've also created a mod that does something similar, but with the added benefit of the modifier being updated annually through an event. This should improve compatibility, although the modifier value may not always align with the number of pops.

It's a great idea but to avoid mod conflict it's likely a better idea to instead of messing with base game files write a yearly event that counts the pops and applies either a planetary modifier or a planetary deposit.

This mod is being overriden by like 5 other mods,any semi-easy fix to this without manual patching in irony mod manager? Its already as low as possible in the loading list if smth.

i'd probably install this if it were a civic since making it apply to EVERYONE makes me feel that it would get crazy fast

@Falo No, it's just Planetary build speed, decision speed and clear blocker speed.
It only affects planets basically.

Havent played with this yet, but does this give a 1% increase to every build speed per pop? including fleets and megastructures?

this very mild increase to build speed is such a subtle and (seems so obvious) idea for a mod I think it's a good enough idea to be in the main game. no lie. this is a face palmable great idea
