I'm not too sure what could cause it to be really bright. Have you compiled the map? because if you edit an area and then don't compile it uses a basic "flat lighting in the edited area or the whole map. here's a link to a Youtube playlist of some great SDK tutorials. I mean I did edit it but hammer, I guess, confuses me. The lighting of the map is really bright. I can't find any leaks. So really I have no idea. All I really did was remove decals such as some grass or whatever growing inside, combine stuff, etc. I added a room to the empty room. Like I said it confuses me cause I don't know what I am doing wrong. I could always send it to you in like dropbox or something and you can take a look at it.

I have not worked on it in quite some time. I've thought about getting back into hammer soon but will probably start a new map if I do. You are welcome to edit and republish if you wish. The map is called test3 because it is the 3rd backup of the world and its called test because it was my first world I just never renamed it. The map can be a little hard to run on hammer. I had trouble compiling it on a fairly good computer so I had to turn down the quality of the compile and it caused some issues with the final audio and lighting which I never fixed. If you republish it let me know on here and I'll link your version in the description as it's more recent. Thanks for your intrest in this older project!

Are you still working on this map? I did some work to it myself but hammer doesn't seem to agree with me. Plus the map name is test3.

Correction to my last post: the sound issue is still present. The sound entities are moving to the center of the map and not staying where I left them in the editor (I don't know why it doesn't work in Gmod it works fine in test). I have a few ideas on how to fix it. :sheriffsbadge:

Fixed the missing texture in the electrical room. And maybe fixed the sound placment issues (any help would be great). The door to nothing in the office area is intended as a point where the map will be axpanded off of. :sheriffsbadge:

Another small update today: I added the first part of the map I call "the office" and added more detail to the existing parts. I also remapped the sound. Adding sounds for machinery, piping, and general ambience. Enjoy! :sheriffsbadge:
