Well, turns out @EntranceJew's changes don't currently work, I can't get passive items working myself, I don't know what TTT2 is doing. Someone with more experience with TTT2 would have to have a look at this.

I love the way this makes all the icons look! Is there a way to make it work for ttt2? or does it only work for original ttt?

If you make these changes around lines 60-72 then you can support TTT2 a lot more easily https://gist.github.com/EntranceJew/a279827ed1692c27e7f3e54eda5961cb

Also the description refers to the wrong path, ttt-icon-replacements instead of \shop-icon-replacements\ .
