Still got the coalition bug.
Couldn't it be something to do with defines?
It was frankly my least suspected one. I tried killing Xorme AI, Expanded missions & govt, well, most big ones.
The last beta did some changes to the AI, could it be it?
Seems the mod is messing with current 1.35 : I had the AI acting up, not conquering. Actually, the coalition warning is activated for even one province in peace deals. So I guess the AI is reluctant to conquer.
I did some tests and the only time I hadn't the issue is when Slower colonization is turned off.

I managed to resolve this myself - it appeared to be a sub mod conflicting, so sorted thanks.
Having played through to 1730 in my latest game I have to say that colonisation (although more realistic) still seems too fast. Im going to play around with load order on mods and see if that makes a difference, thanks.
