No idea, I generally imagine you won't have stream issues
STFR does indeed add a few custom vehicles, I'd have to give you the ID's after the 1st, as some changed due to a rewrite.
But uhm...
Yeah, compats with the rewrite's custom cars, or at least adding a way for me to hook into your mod would be cool.
Anyhoo, keep up the great work!
Alrighty, thank you for the response.
Not anytime soon. I changed my computer and need to set up my Zomboid files again.
Would you be able to add the new compatibility requests?
Not exactly, I've been away for several months. I imagine it would take a few hours for someone to update the mod with the new vehicle IDs.
Updated support for new state police vehicles in 1993 American Vehicle Pack
That sucks, I'm sorry. Your next game shouldn't have an issue. If it does, then I will need to make a workaround for Vanilla Vehicle Enhancer specifically.
Is it on an existing save? It was working for me when I tested it.
Each of the Crown Vics has support above, I have links in the description.
It should be safe to update this mod for existing save-games by enabling the new mod. I don't think it is safe to remove.
Refactored mod functionality into a Lua script, reducing everything into a single mod (thank you NightScale5755!)
Updated support for Special Emergency Vehicles & FBI for Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars! (unfortunately had to remove the original custom horns from the mod)
Updated support for Fox's Extra Police
Added support for '92 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and '99 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor
For those with existing save-games, all you need to do is remove the old patches, enable the new mod, and everything should continue working without issue.
Okay, so I looked at the mod, and it has its own sirens. Both mods are compatible with each other.
That is an entirely different mod. I am aware of it and plan to add compatibility soon.
Thanks for all your work! <3
Thanks, I fixed the description. Do the mod files have the same issue?
'89 Oshkosh M911 --> '82 Oshkosh M911
tks
Let me know if you end up publishing it
The files are in Siren Variety, this mod simply makes use of them.
You can either use the pinned discussion or directly message me, whichever you want.
Do you know how to access the lightbar and horn sound properties of vehicle scripts, in Lua? If I could patch all of the vehicles in-game instead of overwriting script files, it would be so much better.
So I understand the mod's built around overriding scripts. And like, an alternative method with no submods/script files would be a pain to implement, but I'd be glad to share said method if you're interested? It'd help reduce the effort and time put into compatibility for sure.
Anyways, keep up the great work my friend. :)
Sure, I'll get around to it when I have time.
