this also happens with other players in multiplayer and player-like familiars (i.e. the keeper spawned by strawman)
just a question how dose it work with multiplayer?
First of all, i got the same question derplemonade has - when esau dies do you revive as t_jacob and are only able to do his marks? And, continuing the topic, do you get completion marks when jacob dies?
Second of all, doesn't that kill the gimmick of the character? Like, for me J&E become lazarus, but instead of killing yourself at the start of each floor, you kill jacob at the start of the run and simply do the marks with esau, since you don't get any drawbacks you would get for becoming t_jacob.
Don't get me wrong - the idea for the mod has it's right to exist and I'm not the one to be the fat smelly no-lifer that calls this mod "bad"! It just has it's flaws here and there and it's totally alright!
As a summary, the idea is great, but seems kind of unfinished for me.

for example esau shouldn't get a incubus since he dosent get a obstacle that can two-shot him
and maybe remove anima sola for jacob when he kills esau.
