Gang colours are tacked-on with shaders which can cause some weird issues. If you point a car's headlights or your torch at a gang colour it'll have the same effect (but less for other shades).

For some reason, the color Black is having problems. I'm not sure why it's acting this way, but it shows a weird metallic color when put to black (at least for me.) Also, it didn't have this problem before and worked just fine when I first ever edited and tested this. The other colors seem to be working fine but I'm not sure as to why Black is messing up atm...
