Do you mean on the ground trying to take off? Yeah there's nothing I can do about that sadly, it's all part of the "wobbly wheels and wheels seem to still have power even when not driven" issue that's been plaguing the game since forever. :/

It's not on the list but I can put it on there. The only thing is since I've already built a lot of US planes including the Dauntless which is also a dive bomber and there are 50+ other planes on the list already it might take quite a while for me to get to it. But I'll put it on the list, it's a cool plane. :)

Sadly it suffers from the same issue while on the ground as all the others (it might actually be even worse now since the rudder doees literally nothing until you reach 80+ kph with the new aerodynamics) but there's nothing I can do about it.
