Thx for ur fixing. I've tested after subscribe again and this mod works fine now, SBCamera works fine too. But SimplifiedMoveset still causes blackscreen after activated and restart the game.

You can try v2.2.8 (unsubscribe and subscribe again). Some IL hooks are failing. I fixed one in here.

That SBCameraScroll fails is news to me. Can you elaborate? I noticed that SimplifiedMoveset fails as well (or rather the Gourmand option does). I'll take a look tomorrow.

Holy, just found SimplifiedMoveset is ur mod too. Your mods give us much help and fun in rainworld. SimplifiedMoveset had the same problem. Hope to fix soon, thx.

Thx for reply. I found this mod and SBCamera conflict with Rain Meadow after RM updated. They worked fine in original game. Hope to fix cause I want to have fun with friends. Thx a lot.

Note that I use the internal slugcat names for the options. The internal names might be differerent from what you see on the selection screen.

I feel like probably the meta programming would be the best option in case people want more control over their slugcats mods as well. But it's not huge issue if it's not possible. I just don't want to seem demanding or pressuring. I also have way more slugcat mods then just two, and it would give the mod more long term compatibility.

It is possible yes. If there is just one or two, I can add it manually. The general solution would involve meta programming (fetching information about all the modded slugcats from the currently loaded mods). Not sure how well that would go. Let me know what you need or how important that is to you.

you should probably also list the pup and spear option in the description, as far as i can tell this is the only mod that allows hunter to back pups easily. Great mod, the customization is huge

As far as my experience goes, when I load up this mod I can't get the game to boot (stays at black screen on launch. In the mix is remix, expeditions, moreslugcats, watcher, rain world remix, and rain meadow

Doesn't it work? I can compile it without errors in Rain World v1.10. It seems that I only need to change the meta data. Currently, the game knows that this mod has not been tested for v1.10.
I can't play rw without this mod...QAQ

an idea I had for this mod: if you press the throw button with empty hands and a spear on your back, you automatically throw the spear, BUT it still goes through the animation for taking the spear off your back, making it around as fast as manually taking the spear off your back and then throwing it.

Well, it might not conflicting with anything here. Like I said, this mod does not force zero backspears. Any other mod (or perk or whatever) that enables backspears can still do so.
And I get backspears from that mod even when I disable InfiniteSpears. When I disable that mod I cannot carry backspears anymore. From my side, it looks like everything is working as intended. Maybe ask them why they enabled backspears.

I went through and by the looks of it the issue I've been having is being caused by Super HP Bar. I don't know what in that mod is conflicting with this one in causing the Scugs to have backspears even if I have it set to 0 but its apparently the root cause.

Yeah i know bout inventory mod, but it kinda works weird with pearls (they are getting duplicated when you put them there) so i was looking for a mod that allows you to just swallow more things... oh well

Nope. There is an inventory mod for that iirc.
You can swallow one item and duplicate it if the option is enabled (like having infinite bombs or ammunition).

Make sure that the number of backspears is set to zero and not -1. Otherwise, you can have one backspear that can be duplicated.

In any case, you can test it yourself and find out. Disable all mods and then enable one by one. See if it normal without mods. See what mod or set of mods creates the issue.

From my side, I just downloaded Emerald Tweaks and went into arena with Spearmaster. I could only pick up or generate spears until my hand were full. I could not carry any backspears. I have a whole bunch of mods. But I would be surprised if some other mod unintentionally fixes that issue.

@SchuhBaum it's not with Expedition or Arena, I only ever really play Campaigns anymore. The only other mod I have that has a feature like this is Emerald Tweaks, and I have that setting turned off because this mod is preferable, but even with everyone's backspears set to zero, they still have the capacity to hold one. Do you think its due to an incompatibility issue with Emerald Tweaks?

This mod does not override other mods or perks (Expedition). Check if any other mod enables backspears.
If you set the number to zero, this mod simply does nothing (i.e. skips the initialization when the player spawns). (And it works as intended for me, I just checked in arena mode.)

I'm currently having an issue with having the settings of the mod, with having the amount of Backspears be zero. Even if I have it set to this, the Slugcats can have Backspears for some reason. (I know, a mod about having backspears and my problem is having said backspears on, but with Spearmaster its kind of a pain to have the ability.)

Should be fixed in v2.2.2. (I just blacklisted pebble pearls. They are a new kind of pearl in Downpour. This is the easiest fix to avoid side effects.)

Reporting a bug: When trying to swallow one of Five Pebbles´s pearls from his chamber and duplicated off it, the game freezes (you can still access the pause menu and quit from your campain, but at this point I prefer to fully quit fthe whole game to avoid any more bugs). This can be done from anywhere on the game´s regions, not solely on Five Pebbles´s .

Ohhhhhhh this is gonna be so much fun. I have no issue with fighting scavengers normally, but this just looks so much more fun. So much more thrilling. Never will I have to fret over kill squads again.

I changed the controls in v2.2.1. It was easier to implement this way after all.
You interact with slugcats when holding up/down. You do the opposite for spears.

Note: Slugpup Safari ignores the controls when you put slugpups to your back. But it does not matter that much. Retrieving is the important case.

I added an option in v2.2.0. When enabled, you can carry slug cats or pups and spears on your back at the same time. But the controls are not ideal. You control both with the same keys.

In the mod CoopTweaks, there is already an option for it. I didn't want to add it here too.
When you hold up or down + grab, you control the slugs on your back. Otherwise, you only control the spears. (That option needs an update. It does not work 100% as intended right now.)

You can carry a spear or a pup on your back -- not both. That is how vanilla works.

Issue with slugpups/slugpup safari

When my pup is behind my back I can't stack up spears, but when he's not I can.

The option Swallowed Items does that. You can swallow the rock and duplicate it.
