Author, I have loaded other decals mods before, but now they have all been uninstalled. Other mods in your collection can work normally, but [default] has no effect. I also tried to restart or reload.

FSFY-99-RAIDER, have you restarted garry's mod? if yes, then check for other mods on the decals, if there is no such then you have a bug in garry's mod because of which the decals do not change, I had such a bug
