The model itself is there and it's not an error, just that the NPC is. I think it isn't correctly trying to spawn the model for some reason, but it's easy to fix with the Model Manipulator until you can get around to it!

Its a common source modding term when adding a head of a model onto another that usually does not have it, like Black Mesa heads on Citizen/Rebel bodies.
