ensure you are using correct ACE settings: if you are using ACE Medical, Revive must be disabled, if you are using ACE Advanced Fatigue, then Stamina must be enabled. you can reset to default the settings from the information tab on the DRO mission menu.

Idk if anyone else is having this problem, but when spawning your AI teammates get stuck.
