It's a problem with the base as far as I can tell. Sorry, but it's mainly a bug from the base as far as I can tell.

I don't know why but when I spawn combine soldier and spawn officer combine soldier will attack officer and stop after 1-2 second please fix?

Yeah then I don't know about that I might see what's up with that then

ok so, apparently they attack and will get attacked by vj combine npcs, also non vj combines will attack and hurt them (even other ANP combines) when they spawn but will stop attacking them after a second (I have realistic combine soldier AI installed), they also won't attack vj rebel npcs from like from Half-Life Resurgence, half life lambda wars npcs and HλLF - LIFE 3 SNPCs.

Do you have addons that affect NPC relationships or npcs?

For some reason they don't attack other citizens but they instead shoot combine

Pretty nice altought they're not hostile to the player, also it might have just been me not really using and being around them much but the officers don't seem to talk at all
