unfortunally i have change the pc and i don't have l4d2 and also files of the addon :(
probably is stopped working for some l4d2 update,sometimes valve do another updates for fix this addon problems,so maybe try to wait for a next update,i hope this will work again

Me again, sorry. The no sounds one worked fine for sometime but then it suddenly stopped working??? I'm just a user, mind you, i do not know how these things work. Any chance you can upload the mod here in the workshop separately? Is that asking for too much? Won't bother you again. Promise. in the meantime, i'm trying to google-search a solution...
