Report a translation problem
There seems to be some magic combination of speed and angular speed and weight balance and aerodynamic pieces in 1.3 that just shuts down how aero works, but I have no idea how to counter that since I have no idea why t happens, and it happens at different times depending on fps.
What fps are you playing at? Sadly all physics in the game including fluid dynamics and aerodynamics are extremely dependent on fps, which framkly is a ridiculous way of making a game like this but that's how it is. I test all my planes at 144 fps since that's what my pc plays the game at, but I know that weird things start to happen under 60 fps with a lot of stuff. Sadly there's nothing I can do about that since that is a "feature" of the game.
