I'm not a 100% sure if you can do this, but there are Pennsylvanian SWAT Zombies on L4D2 workshop, could it be possible to port them to Gmod?

Well you're most likely gonna need L4D2 for a L4D2 related mod unless they packed everything in and no I don't believe there is a human infected mod
