Well, we can say this mod is Horatio-approved.
Love your work <3
Mining and other stations: I would reduce the size a bit, because it seems strange that they are as big or more than a spaceport.
I hope these tips inspire you. I don't mean to criticize you or anything like that. The decision to make this mod seems fantastic to me; the Horatios have a spectacular aesthetic.
Titan: The Horatio carrier. I think it doesn't make much sense that the colossus and the juggernaut have this skin, but the titan doesn't. It seems to me that the titan is the one that fits the most with this hull because she is the largest elongated-type ship of all.
Juggernaut and colossus: Just the molluscoid vanilla model. I know that it is not ideal, but they are quite particular designs that do not fit with any Horatio ship, and I think it is better to allow them to continue being special in that sense, instead of using some recycled skin that fits badly with the idea of such large and specialized ships.
Colony ship: The original Horatio colonicer. I think it's obvious and it also fits a lot with that flat shape; unarmed and not aggressive at all.
I would have done it like this:
Corvettes: No changes, they are perfect.
Frigates: Same skin as corvettes, or slightly modified, perhaps without fins. Because in essence they have the same type of hull. I say this because I think it is better to save the bomber skin for the construction ship, or perhaps the scientific ship.
Destroyers: No changes.
Cruisers: Hunter hull. Which is the more intuitive equivalent of a cruiser in Endless space 2. It's a hull that looks agile but big and powerful, like a cruiser.
You know, where you steal genes from other species to strengthen your own and eventually assimilate other species.
Never been fond of Horatio himself (themselves?), actually, if anything, he's freaky. But that gameplay? Well that's a whole other story. One of the best things ES2 had to offer was genestealler gameplay.
Thats all I think of when I see Horatio.
