Would a version that replaces all the different voices with highfleet voices get around the 1/8 chance thing.

It adds a new voice that can be randomly selected for each ship.

There is currently no way to implement badges in a mod format (that im aware of), so I would be unable to implement it in any form.

Yup, we got some full voicepacks being created that should eventually be implemented as mods. Probably not any more incomplete / other game voice packs though.

You can create voicepacks in a unity environment set up for nebulous modding, theres lots of guides and tools on the discord if your interested in it.

The - EN tag on this is because I was considering doing russian as well, but the voicelines didn't sound good when put into nebulous due to the radio filter.

I'd want to know how you did that, because I had an idea to do this thing but with voicelines in russian until I saw your mod.

I wish also that if possible could you think about releasing the music as a stand alone mod as it is also interesting reminds of the tv series Batlle Star Galactica in a way lol .. You sir have have a good talent and I hope you bring out more !!

That would likely require custom code, something I am not well versed in. Additionally, at least personally I would find it annoying to have every voice be the same one. While its not great that its as rare as it is to be selected imo its better then the alternative.

Is there no actual way to assign the voices to all the ships? Maybe replace some of the original voice files?
