"Receive a Eureka or Inspiration for every 10% of the map you have explored" doesn't seem to work. First I tried exploring manually on small map and then "reveal all". Only gained eureekas from meeting civ and finding natural wonder.

Somehow missed this comment. I would like to, but it'd require updating the core civ to do it, so I'd rather wait until the core civ actually needs updating.
