Also if the item gets accepted into the game, nobody forces you to paint the cosmetic.
Eh, even if this got added, i'd still recognize this would be Engineer.
If you look at this and have a genuinely hard time trying to make out what class this is, without looking at the rest of the class's body, then that's way more of a you-problem. The average TF2 player does not have the object permanence of an infant, if you really assume that Engineer wearing a powerplant-worker's hood is enough to make him totally unidentifiable.
