you can already make any map you want snowy, just make a local copy and from what i remember there was something like a snow density option

I am unaware of this issue, as I have not experienced such. All I can think of is that it may be conflicting mods?

every time I spawn in the train goes cliping through the terrain and destroying things until it flys into space or falls through the floor
