After it is in your addons folder, load up the game and Rochelle will instead be called ihasCupquake.

Once you find the vpk that has the same name as the picture for this mod, just copy it to the addons folder. If you can't find it that means that it has not downloaded yet. To do that, just start up L4D2 and wait for it to appear in the bottom right corner then finish installing.

First of all, navigate to your Left 4 Dead 2 folder. If you do not know where it is go to ProgramFiles (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Left 4 Dead 2 then left4dead2 then addons. Within the addons folder is a folder called workshop. Inside it are the mods you have subscribed to. Find this mod (should be at the bottom. Check by opening the pictures that have the same numbers) then move it into your regular addons folder. Then in-game uncheck or unsubscribe from the original mod (workshop one) and it should show up. Hope this helped :D
