My catapult aircraft carrier works pretty well in SP at 144fps, but I'm pretty sure it'll freak out badly and be useless at lower fps and definitely in MP, so then what's the point of building it, other than as a mental exercise for me.?

I guess I also feel a bit disillusioned with the game since it's really made for MP nad to use cool build when playing with your friends but nothing works in MP and it's still a total and utter mess. And what does Fluppi spend his time on? Making a fire extinguisher. Fix the f*ing netcode and detach game physisc from FPS! But no, a fire extinguisher is so important he even makes a video about it. Go figure.

I'm taking a bit of a break from planes because the chore of updating over 100 different versions to work ok in yet another broken, inconsistent and illogical aerodynamics system (it's worse than 1.2 TBH since planes just won't fly at low speeds in this) took a lot of energy and patience and nearly made me uninstall the game more than once. So I need a bit of a rest, hence all the re-skins and other small things I build.

I'm taking a break from building new planes for a while, but once I start again I'll probably build the Soviet Pe-2. The Il-2 is definitely on the list too as are a couple of Yak:s.
But the next thing (probably tomorrow if I can gather the energy to write the rather lengthy manual) is a very simple (under 600 bricks) aircraft carrier but with a working, reusable catapult. ;)

okay so just a question (don't take it seriously) are ya gonna make for Sov planes like the yak or IL-2? Or are ya takin a break for now?

I have some on my list so sooner or later. But right now I'm taking a bit of a break from building new planes since I'm sick of how broken aerodynamics is again after trying to update all my planes to fly ok in 1.3, and I also have some personal stuff to deal with that drains my energy. But once I start building planes again I was planning on first a Soviet and then an Italian plane. But nothing is carved in stone. I have however as I said several Italian planes on my list.

Are we going to get a Italian plane from ww2
