Now if you get bad relations with holy nation outlaws or just have a fight with them in the hub - shinobi thieves won't help you, they will heal holy nation outlaws. It's a bloody mess when you try to clear hub out of those stinky squatters. So be careful with this mod

I would like it if the hub could be taken over by the shinobi, with my help of course. Or if I myself destroy the holy nation at the hub and I am allies with shinobi, then shinobi take it over by default. I wish that mod existed. It does not unfortunately.

Wouldn't this cause the HN to become hostile with the Shinobi since they're also hostile to HNO?

I did not subbed for this mod but I made similar mod for myself. Luckily the factions can be set to ally with one another. In my opinion it could be lore friendly.

In my own build I made some useful buildings in the hub, set some citizens and increased the number and quality of the holy outlaws so starving bandits have a hard time to raid the settlement.

Also I like the picture you choosed for this mod.
